In collaboration with Edscale UP, SFST has organized Sri Lanka's first ever food science and technology hackathon. It's foodTechthon'21. Here, the hackathon hopes to bring innovative individuals into groups and find solutions to existing problems in the Sri Lankan food industry. Participants will be benefited greatly from a number of activities, including webinar sessions hosted by experts in Food Science and Technology and industrial professionals, awareness sessions and entrepreneurship programs, etc. The ideas that emerge from the competition will be provided the support and guidance needed to make a successful start-up and will work with leading industries to successfully establish their start-up.
