FoodTechthon'21 Knowledge Sharing Sessions

Food Science and Technology is a vast subject area, that possess a large potential of development. FoodTechthon'21, which was organized by Society of Food Science and Technology, University of Peradeniya and EdScale Up, motivated many individuals to explore new scopes within this subject incorporating their innovative ideas. Knowledge Sharing Sessions, which were conducted by academic members and industry professionals, provided them an overview of the thematic areas of the competition and  guided them in recognizing the relevant aspects. These sessions were of utmost importance in laying a strong foundation for the competition and thereby powered up this mission of sustaining the foodtech startup ecosystem in Sri Lanka
